Very enjoyable stay
Just come back from a weeks holiday in Malta & my friend & I had an excellent stay at the Sunflower, we both had 6th floor rooms with balcony, which were both very clean & comfortable, great for sitting outside with a bottle of wine in the evening.
The breakfast in the morning was spot on, I especially enjoyed the fresh uncut crusty bread, a good tip is to get down there a bit later when the crowds have died down.
All the staff were great, very friendly, chatty & helpful.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay again.

Great option
If you are not interested in stay in crowded areas, this is a nice option. Located in Qwara, the hotel is very calm and close to lots of restaurants. Ideal if you have a rented car, as there’re plenty of parking spots around the hotel. I didn’t have any issue in my 5 days stay. Breakfast is regular and enough.

A pleasant surprise
I traveled with a small school group on a Netball tour so I did not have high expectations of the accommodation. However this is a real gem of a hotel offering excellent value for money and friendly, efficient service. My room was huge with a large terrace, but not much of a view. The bathroom was adequate but needs updating. The breakfast was better than expected and I paid 11 euros for an excellent dinner. I absolutely loved the swimming pool and bar areas. Housekeeping was excellent.
